The proper use of your time after<\/em>\u00a0you think you have finished writing\u00a0an upbeat piece\u00a0of news\u00a0is of the utmost importance.\u00a0 Not only is it important to you, but you believe it to be\u00a0important for the rest of the world to read as well.\u00a0 Right?\u00a0 Once it has been proofread, edited – oftentimes more than twice – then submitted to a publisher, patience surely maintains it virtuosity.\u00a0 I know.\u00a0 I just went through these motions with a book. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/div>\n
With that in mind, I am glad to share the finished project with you: “My Diabetic Soul – An Autobiography<\/span><\/em>” by A. K. Buckroth.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
To summarize, I was diagnosed\u00a0with diabetes in 1959 at the age of two. The resultant and most recently celebrated fifty years with this disease is celebrated through this book.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0 As my writing skills were continually encouraged, expected and sharpened throughout college, I gained knowledge of expressionism and empowerment\u00a0to culminate in this fruitious ultimatum.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/div>\n
While this particular\u00a0book describes the maintenance of my balanced yet overwhelming life, I am proof that diabetes is not a death threat. Accomplishments and encumbrances happen with or without having to minutely strategize one’s lifestyle because of a life-threatening disease.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/div>\n
Written to inspire the ever-growing global populace (a reported\u00a0half-a-billion) with diabetes – to include their parents, siblings, relatives, caregivers, medical personnel, etc. –<\/span> I have aspired to maintain\u00a0an inspirational message and reality redeemer for all readers. Through a lifetime of growth factors, personal experiences, personal research, readings, theories with concrete and established hypotheses, my story is told.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/div>\n

This book travels through the tumultuous steps<\/span> of childhood with this disease; being an adolescent<\/span> run-away; experiencing\u00a0peer pressures; one marriage <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>with three miscarriages; single-motherhood; college<\/span> graduations; world travels; and careers all while fighting to<\/span> stay alive on a daily basis.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/div>\n
Everyone needs a heroine and a miracle. Five decades – a half century! – of living as a diabetic<\/span> has been an honor, a divine gift.<\/span> Readers will be inspired to fight for their lives,<\/span><\/strong><\/span> distinguishing right from wrong on a daily basis; to<\/span> strategize their lives with a private appreciation for<\/span> themselves.\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
